Shipping & Returns

Each item is lovingly handmade to order just for your pup. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During new collection launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and destination.

Because our products are handmade and many are personalized or custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or we made an error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We are committed to making it right whenever possible.

Instructions

To keep your Cherished Handmade Treasures accessory looking its best:

  • If needed, use a warm iron to remove wrinkles.
  • Avoid ironing directly over the brand tag, embroidery, patches, vinyl, or other embellishments.
  • Do not bleach or tumble dry.
