How do I know what size to order for my pet?
Answer hereFor correct sizing, measure your pet's neck circumference using a fabric tape measure. Allow sufficient room to slip a couple of fingers between your pet's neck and the bandana. If your pet is between sizes, order the larger size. Bandanas can also be tied around the neck or tied with one loop and then snapped.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Utah. All orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders without personalization ship within 5 business days. Personalized items require an additional 7 business days. We ship all orders complete.
How will my order ship?
Wes use the US Postal Service (USPS) to ship all packages.
What if my package is delayed during shipping?

We use the US Postal Service to ship our packages. Occasionally packages experience carrier delays due to weather or high-volume shipping periods (holidays, etc.), which are outside of our control.
What if I have not received my package but the tracking shows delivered?

If tracking shows as delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check the following: Verify the shipping address on your order. Look for a notice of attempted delivery. Your package may be awaiting pickup at your local post office. See if someone else accepted the delivery. Your package may have been delivered to a neighbor. Look around the delivery location for the package. Perhaps the carrier left it in a different spot than normal.

Does free embroidery apply to all bandanas?
No — only qualifying NEW bandanas added to existing collections during launch week.
How do I know if a bandana qualifies?
The product description will clearly say “FREE EMBROIDERY INCLUDED"
Can I choose the font?
Free embroidery is offered in our signature launch font only.
Is there a character limit?
Keep names short for the cutest fit.

How do I care for my Cherished Handmade Treasures pet accessories
Answer here
Spot clean or hand wash only. Lay flat to air dry. Bandanas can be ironed on low heat, however, avoid ironing the tag and any embellishments it may have.
