Because our products are handmade and many are personalized or custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or we made an error.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We are committed to making it right whenever possible.
