Each item is lovingly handmade to order just for your pup. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During new collection launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and destination.
Because our products are handmade and many are personalized or custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or we made an error.

To keep your Cherished Handmade Treasures accessory looking its best:
- Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent (recommended). can be machine washed using a laundry bag.
- Lay flat to air dry.
- If needed, use a warm iron to remove wrinkles.
- Avoid ironing directly over the brand tag, embroidery, patches, vinyl, or other embellishments.
- Do not bleach or tumble dry.
